This session will be held as a workshop. Nils Andersson, CTO, Eon Reality will guide the participants through the process of bringing a 3D model to a realtime interaction. Software from Eon Reality will be used during the workshop and examples made will be related to Eon products. However, even for one primarily working with other software, this workshop can be very interesting and useful since many of the steps described are the same for most software. The following steps will be discussed during the workshop.Import existing model into 3ds Max
Texture formats
Export via EON Raptor to EON file
Open file in EON Studio and investigate bottlenecks
Improve model by Using DDS textures and/or through Polygon Reduction
Scene Hierarchy
Visual Quality and possible improvements
Prepare model for Level of Detail Usage
Add prepared surrounding scene
Add interactions and tooltip
Run - interactive model in stereo (3D)
